A model element is a fundamental part of a model. It is created when we create a shape on a diagram, or when we create one directly through the Model Explorer. A model element can be visualized on diagrams for forming different parts of a model. We call the visualized form a view. Each model element can associate with zero to multiple views. There are two types of views: Master and Auxiliary. |
